Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The $200 retainer is non-refundable. It is earned upon booking to reserve your date and covers preliminary design work. All other terms below apply to the remaining balance.
Cancellation Terms

Rescheduling Your Event
You may reschedule your event once within 6 months of the original date at no penalty, provided:
- You provide written notice of the reschedule request
- We have availability on the new requested date
- The new date is within 6 months of the original
Your retainer and all payments transfer to the new date at the same package rate. A second reschedule request will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Weather Policy
For outdoor events, you are required to have a backup indoor location or adequate weather protection. If severe weather makes setup unsafe or impossible, it is treated as a force majeure event.
Force Majeure
In the event of a natural disaster, pandemic, government order, or venue closure, you may choose to:
- Reschedule to a new available date — all payments transfer
- Receive a credit valid for 12 months
- Cancel with only the retainer forfeited — no additional charges
If we cancel due to force majeure, you receive a full refund of all payments made.

Can I reschedule my photo booth rental date?
Yes. You may reschedule once within 6 months of your original event date at no penalty, provided you give written notice and we have availability on the new date.
Is the retainer refundable?
No. The $200 retainer is non-refundable. The only exception is a Provider-initiated cancellation due to force majeure, in which case a full refund of all payments is issued.
What happens if it rains on my outdoor event?
