CAPTURED CELEBRATIONS® is a federally registered service mark on the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Principal Register, owned exclusively by Captured Celebrations LLC, a California limited liability company. All rights in and to the CAPTURED CELEBRATIONS® mark are reserved.

Prohibited Uses

The following activities constitute trademark infringement and are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization:

• Using "Captured Celebrations" or any confusingly similar name in connection with photography or photo booth rental services
• Registering domain names containing "Captured Celebrations" or confusingly similar variations
• Using "Captured Celebrations" in social media handles, business listings, or advertising in a manner likely to cause consumer confusion
• Using "Captured Celebrations" in meta tags, keywords, or paid search advertising to divert traffic

Enforcement

Captured Celebrations LLC actively monitors and enforces its trademark rights. Unauthorized use may result in:

• Cease and desist demands
• DMCA and trademark takedown requests with Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, and domain registrars
• Civil litigation for trademark infringement under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1114)
