3b. Audio Recording Legal Notice
California Two-Party Consent: By calling our business line and continuing the conversation after our recording disclosure, all parties consent to call recording and AI processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by ending the call.

Our booking and client management platform. Your name, email, phone, event details, and payment information are collected and stored by Check Cherry.
Quo Phone System & Maya AI
Our business phone system uses Maya, an AI call assistant. All calls are automatically recorded and transcribed. Voice data is used solely for customer service.
Google Analytics (GA4)
We use GA4 to understand how visitors use our website. Collects anonymized usage data.
Facebook Pixel & Pinterest Tag
We use these to measure ad effectiveness. You can manage ad preferences through your account settings.
Mailchimp
When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is added to our Mailchimp list. Unsubscribe at any time.
Snappic (Photo Delivery)
Our photo delivery platform. Guest emails or phone numbers are collected by Snappic to deliver images.
